The best and quickest way to get lots of bells is to catch fish. The summer is the best time to get money, as there are a lot of rare fish in the ocean during the summer. If you want to risk changing the time, you can go to holidays like Christmas or Thanksgiving and get the rare furniture from the event. You can then sell the furniture for lots of bells.

Or you could sell the fruit off your trees .Or change the date on your wii to December 25 (Christmas)go on Animal Crossing city folk look for a riendeer that's dressed like santa talk to him and he will give you a present the present will be a jingle wall sell it to tom nook and you will get alot of money and you can keep on doing that and before you know it you will be muy rico(very rich).
Here are some cheats to get a lot of money over time: * Everyday there is a money rock in your town. If you take your shovel and keep on hitting it until all the money comes out, you can get $8,001 every day. * You can also set your time back to Easter, (April 12), and find all the bunny foils in your town and then exchange all the foils for gifts. The gifts he gives you are all egg furniture (they don't look that nice). Then you sell the furniture at Tom Nook and each piece of furniture is worth a lot of money. If you found all the foils in your town, you should get around 80,000 bells. You can do this trick whenever you want.

There are lots of ways to get a lot of bells.

1) set your date to 1/1/2011(or what ever year)

2) travel forwards one year exactly

3) check your post

4) You should receive a letter from Mom saying happy new year, and 10,000 bells.

5) Travel forwards another year, and you will get another letter.

6) Keep repeating step 5 until 2099, and you will end up with about a million Bells.

Note: You can only get a million Bells once, next time you won't receive the letter.

Every day there are seashells by the beach. You can sell them to Nook for 1,000-2,000 bells. You can also shake trees, which quite often will drop coins that give you 100 bells. They can also drop special items, but be careful of bees.

Well, you can always earn it.... BUT there is a cheat. If you deposit all your money (at least 50,000 bells) into the bank, then save and change the year to 2099, you get 99,999 bells in interest. And also, it may not work because the money might just not earn any interest for some reason or another.
It's very simple. You can fish, dig, catch bugs, and shoot random presents from the sky. You can sell fish, bugs, fruits, shells, flowers, furniture, clothes, fossils, wallpapers, and floorings for bells. You may even complete your animal friends' tasks and get 500 bells.

Every day, I suggest that you hit every rock in your town with a shovel until bells spit out. It goes up to 2,000 bells.

I've played Animal Crossing for a very, very long time. At 14 yrs old, I still love it. On the old AC for GC, you could just use Tom Nook "codes", but on AC:CF for Wii, it can get hard to raise money. Here is the best way:

Sell Fruit ~ (If your town were to have Apples,) If you have friends and use the Wi-Fi Connection, go to their town to get let's say... 3 peaches, then go to another friend's... 3 Pears, then another... 3 cherries, and so on, so forth. Once you recieve at least 1 foreign fruit, find a weed in an open spot (and an easy-to-remember spot), Don't pluck the weed, but dig a hole on it (you can use a shovel, but better results can be accomplished w/ a silver or golden shovel), plant your fruit, water it once, then don't trample on it at all. Wait for 3-4 days (or time-travel 3-4 days), then it should be a full-grown tree. Multiply the tree by shaking, planting, and waiting until your town has plenty of trees. After all of your trees have fruit, shake all of them, fill up your pokets (max. of 15 spots), then sell it all to Tom Nook (7,500 Bells per trip to the shop). Sell every single foreign fruit in your town. If you do this, you can usually get about 100,000 Bells in approx. 30 minutes. To make the process faster, invite some friends over. After all of the fruit is sold, time-travel ahead 3-4 days and repeat the selling process. In 5 days of this, I can get about +1,000,000 Bells! I've already bought 2/4 GracieGrace Rooms, I have an extra bridge, a windmill, a Nookingtons, all of the items from Nook Points, and over 10,000,000,000 bells in my bank! Be my friend! There are plenty of good ways to get bells in animal crossing. One of the best in my opinion is to go to the island in the evenings once it becomes available. There are tons of rarer bugs on the palm trees lining the beach. Also, if you catch a shark, that's 15,000 bells right there. Just remember to make the most out of the trip and fill your basket up completely, switching out items with less worth if you can.
