You can't get them for free very easily. What I do know: You can get them from bonus chests from friends who have leveled up. You can get more friends on the lil pirates facebook fanpages and on the lil pirates website forum. So.. That's one way.. But when you level up, you sometimes also get bonuys doubloons for free :D I don't know how often, because I'm only level 28 at this moment.. I know for a fact that I get bonus doubloons when I level up to 29.. I have no idea how many it will be. There are absolutely no ways to earn them by completing surveys or doing jobs in the game. Some quests might give doubloons, but I'm not sure about that. I hope this helped you ;)
