To unfreeze Regice in Pokemon ranger 2 you need Magmortar. You would find Magmortar in the Boyle valcano in Boyleland. Magmortar would be found in the left side cave (just in case you don't understand, not the cave wich had the padlock on the cave were you first meet drifloon) Now I'm not telling you where exacly were Magmortar is. You'll just have to surch for it. Then go to the ice tatue (aka Regice) and do a target clear, go to Regice and capture him. Just some more advice: to get Registeel, you need Gallade in the altru building. Registeel is in the choroma ruines. To get Regirock, you need Garchomp in the Hippowdon temple.
