you go inside the cash shop click on etc and it has a bunch of different hair/eye/skin exp or VIP TICKETS (you can get better hairstyles with experimental hair tickets but you may have to try more than once to get the one you want) buy a VIP TICKET with nexon cash if you dont have any you can find some at target.....
Nexon is sorta tricky that way. all the nice hairstyles are randomized, so it ll take a few tries to actually get a good one.
