To marry her you must finish all the companion's missions before hand and become the leader of the companions. Then you must have the Amulet of Mara from Riften's priests of Mara (found other places but this is the easiest) for two hundred gold. Wear the amulet and talk to her for new conversation threads and you can marry her.
It should be noted that marriage is kind of glitchy. Make sure you Save beforehand, so that you won't end up getting stuck. There's various bugs that may occur before, during, and a bit after the ceremony.

You can find Aela the Huntress in Jorrvaskr, Whiterun. She is usually outside in the back, talking. She is with the companions and if you join them, you will find her more easily.
