There are a couple and all of them have certain standards that need to be reached.
The Effort Medal
To acquire the Effort Medal, you will have to train your creature to it's maximum stat potential.
Max Powers Medal
To acquire the Max Powers Medal, you will have to train your creature to have 272 total points worth of powers (giving you a +100 rating for overall influence).
Very Caring Caretaker
To acquire the Very Caring Caretaker reward, you will have to interact with your creature at least one hundred times, showing it how much you care for it and have helped it along.
Vigor Medal
To acquire the Vigor Medal, you will have to acquire 150 total care points for your creature.
Joy Ribbon
To acquire the Joy Ribbon, you will have to acquire 500 total care points for your creature.
Care Trophy
To acquire the Care Trophy, you will have to acquire 1000 total care points for your creature.
Glorious Crown
To acquire the Glorious Crown, you will have to acquire 10,000 total care points for your creature.
