easy, you just fly to Twinleaf town then go to lake verity
surf to the cave
find out that mesprit is there
press a and mesprit will run
then rowan will come and talk to you
go to the marking map on your poketch
notice the the Pokemon symble will go on and off
do not fly to mesprit or she will run away!
once you find her start to make her hp go down
then keep on trying to catch her
tips: you do not need a master ball,use a repel in the areas she's in to get her easier
WARNING:don't go to places like route 216 and 217 and acuity lakefront and also don't go to route 228 because they have hail and sandstorm which will kill mesprit if it has low hp

Diamond: Dialgla: After you beat Cyrus and releas Mesprite, Uxie, and Azelf, you got to go to Mt. Coronet and reach the top. You beat two grunts and then challenged by Jupiter and Mars. Luckily, you friend comes to help. WARNING! His Munchlax is not very useful! After beating them... you get challenged by Cyrus. Beat him and you encounter dialgla. Pearl is the same for Palkia. And i also think for Girantina. Mesprite: Go to the Twinleaf lake. Surf to the cave and go inside. (You must have caught Palkia, Dialgla, or Girantina or at least killed them to encounter these legendaries) Mesprite will be there. Go up and talk. She will leave. Rowan comes and talks to you. Mesprite now roams the Sinnoh. So wherever she goes you try to meet up with her. Azelf: Go to lake Valor. Surf to the cave. She will be in there. She will not leave. Uxie: Go to lake Acuity: Surf to the cave. She will be there. She will not leave. Hope this helps!
