whan u beat the elite 4 go to Stevens house and there will be a letter with a pokeball beside it take the pokeball and inside it will be beldum witch evolves into metang at lvl 20 and into metagross at lvl 45. recommended moves for metagross are meteor MASH,earthqauke,pshycic and hyperbeam. hoped i helped
