First you have to catch a Poochyena, found in Sapphire and Ruby (maybe in Pearl and Diamond... I'm not sure...) but then all you have to do is level it up, and soon, it'll evolve. Then if you want it in your Pokemon Pearl or Diamond, just migrate it.

Why are do IV calculators say my Mighteyena's stats are impossible?
That also happened to me. But the reason why is because either you accidentally entered the stats wrong or you accidentally EV trained your Pokemon when you were battling with it. When you're simply raising Pokemon, they could get EV's by accident. Since EV's are invisible, you can't determine why this happened. And the IV Calculators require you to enter in EV's so it can calculate the average IV's. For help on EV's, try this searching this on google: "What are EV's?"

well a good team would be to beat the Pokemon league is ,rayqayza,absole,your starter,mighteyena,golduck,and torcoal. in Sapphire, i have a lv. 100 rayquaza,that knows water pulse,thunder,outrage,and extreme speed and i beat the Pokemon league 63 times! no joke!just with water puls to! hope i helped!
