Monster bone+ is a upper or high rank item. This item can be obtained from any high rank boss monster. To get to high rank you need to get online then get to level 31. At 31 (as long as you defeated the jhen-mohran) you will unlock 4* quests. 4*, 5* quests are all high rank.
