1.You can go to Veilstone city near the gym leader where you should see a guy and 2 houses.Go in the first one and talk to the girl near the table.After your Pokemon get massaged you'll get an accessorie.
2.Go to hearthome city then go in the Amity Square.Then walk with your cute Pokemon 200 steps then talk to it.You can do this alot of times.
3.Buy them in floaroma Town using berries.If you have action replay use the berry cheat.
