To get more babies on "Babydow.com" you have to wait for the seed you automatically get to grow and you can buy another seed and a secret some people don't know you automatically get a "Magic Seed" which will let you get an automatic baby then gender will be random.

∙ 14y agoYou Plant a Magic seed which will get you a baby straight away girl or boy I think its random I f you plant a Cabbage seed you will get a boy but it takes a while to grow If you plant a rose seed you will get a girl and again it takes a while.
To plant a seed you highlight my home and click on my garden then you will see the seed's up the top you click on the 1 of the seed's and then you have planted a seed I hope that answers your question.
