You can combine different layers of colors. For example, layer 1 = blue, Layer 2 = red.
Use red pen underneath blue paint. Just use different combos of pens, paint, and colors.
go to flipnotes and the go to flipnotes hatena
Yes, on the Nintendo dsi flipnote there is only blue, black, and red but you can use different PAINT styles (or brushes whatever you prefer) and overlap them. This way you can get new colors like purple, deep blue, deep red , green, pink, light blue, and MANY MORE and there are many flipnotes made by other hatena/ Nintendo dsi users that make post about how to make new colors (i should know i have about 10 of these videos on there ) :) hope this helps ~Squishey
Go on YouTube and type How to Import flipnotes and it will show some videos of it.

No it is not illegal
You need a Japanese dsi and download flipnotes onto it. Then you send it to a north American dsi.
It comes with 6 flipnotes, 5 are created by Nintendo and 1 is created by Benny@ASH

You don't HAVE to be a citizen. Trust me, I became a member yesterday and posted 3 flipnotes without being a citizen.
So far you can't unless you are talking about flipnotes. For flipnotes click save then click other, then click sd card
