Yes, you can have over 4.000 horses if you want. When you first register on Howrse, you will get some easy quests to learn how to play Howrse, and when you have finished those quests, you will get a free horse of the same breed as your first horse.
Why do you keep on getting more horses every time you log on to Howrse?
If you have completed some of the objectives, you will only get them when you log out and log back in a again, on my first account I got 1 trained welsh and a trained hanerovan. On my second account, I got 2 trained welsh, 1 hanerovan and a shetland. I dont know why I got different amount of horses for completing the same objectives. But hey! I got 6 trained horses!!

The times are exactly the same as your country. If it's 3.00pm now, your Howrse account game time will be the same, too.
Can horses of the same parent breed on howrse?
Yes they can, it is called In-Breeding, although many players do like and do not breed In-Bred horses, Non-inbred horses are called NIB's.
Is there inbreeding on Howrse?
When you breed together horses that both have very high genetic potential, then the GP of the foal will be higher than from lower GP parents. This is only the case if both parents have reached 100 BLUP however. All of the high genetic potential horses are inbred. The non inbred horses are mostly still under 400 GP.
What horses are good at what on howrse?
They all come out roughly the same honestly. The higher the skills, GP, and training, the better the horse will do no matter what breed it is.
If you have not lodged on to your howrse account for several months and it was deleted your account is there a way to revise it?
No, sorry. If it was deleted, it is gone forever. The same happened to one of my old accounts. :(

Can other howrse players use the same coat as the one you have on your horses?
Yes they can. They have to buy a golden apple and use it on their horse to get the coat though. Also, sometimes a coat will be retired. At that point, that coat can no longer be used. Horses who already have it will be able to keep it, but no new horses will be able to get it.
