You go and Collette the different objects scattered around Gordon's house, then you go outside and explore and collect the objects out there, then you go to the small house and look in the window and make the bottle, candle, the skull, and then the chest float to the window. (In that order) Then you go down into the house, find the study and play the small game, (You can play it as much as you want) Then you go to the caves in the cellar and collect all the gems then you find the sceptre.
To get points you must challenge and fight other members, as you progress you can fight members with higher skill levels. The ranks go in this order Initiate, Apprentice, Accolxte then finally Master. You will need to gain a certain amount of points to move up in the ranks.

the most uncommon skill cape is probably the "quest skill point cape" (need name confirmation) as one can only obtain it when one has sucessfully completed all quests and that new quests are always being added, making it difficult to obtain -------------------------------------------- Whoever posted the above information is wrong. The quest point skill cape is not even close to the rarest. When a new quest is added, the quest point skill cape stays in the inventory/bank of the person, so they will still have the cape despite not completing the newest quest. The rarest skillcape would be runecrafting.
