You first have to go to main street, go to the shop called moshling seeds and plant them in your garden. Once they are all grown the flowers you planted might have attracted a moshling. You have to keep on changing the flowers until a moshling like all of the 3 flowers you planted. Then you can keep the moshling that is hanging around you garden.
