Secondly, you may send and receive flip notes from other devices, as long as the parental control settings allow that! Also, keep in mind that some flip notes are there when you purchase the Nintendo Game System! All flip notes are 'moving' when you click play (part of your question). well you can only view japan flipnotes on your computers but you can view japan flipnotes on your dsi if you go to a channel where people from america and japan can post you may see some japan flips i hope this helped ....
