Import them. You can't do this on Windows Live Movie Maker however (the newest one out). Only on v2.1 and v2.6. Stretch out the .gif file on the Time-line to see it in action.

I'm not exactly sure what you mean by 'moving photobucket pics'. If you mean GIF animations, then all you need to do is import them into Windows Movie Maker. Drag the animation down into the Time-line and extend it (drag it to the right). The animation only works after you drag it out on the time-line.

You can't make the song longer, so you have to make the slide shorter. Drag the slide/pics to the length of the song.

The project can then be edited in Windows Movie Maker using the Split feature (for addition of new media).
