Import them. You can't do this on Windows Live Movie Maker however (the newest one out). Only on v2.1 and v2.6. Stretch out the .gif file on the Time-line to see it in action.
Moving pictures can be applied easily in a power point. GIF images are what that are needed to add.
I'm not exactly sure what you mean by 'moving photobucket pics'. If you mean GIF animations, then all you need to do is import them into Windows Movie Maker. Drag the animation down into the Time-line and extend it (drag it to the right). The animation only works after you drag it out on the time-line.
go to windows movie maker in start, it could be in accesories. go import pics import pics save and upload
You need the program "Windows Movie Maker". Than take pics of your movie star. Than put the pics on your story board. You can add music from your How_do_you_make_MSP_TV_videos_on_moviestarplanettoo. So good luck!

I am 9 and I am going to tell you how to make a movie on moviestarplanet all you need is a program called windows movie maker and it takes pics of your movie star .Have I answered your problem?
First, import your pictures into Windows Movie Maker. Add them to the Time-line or Storyboard. Then click View, Tasks to enable the Task pane. Choose DVD from the left-side menu. A window will appear telling you Windows Movie Maker will close and open DVD Maker. Follow instructions on naming and saving, then click Ok. DVD Maker will now open with the movie (you just created) visible in the viewing pane. Make sure there is a DVD in the drive and click Burn.
You have to Import Media (video/clips/pics) into Window Movie Maker. And too, the video must be in one of the following formats to be compatible with the program:.asf, .avi, dvr-ms, .m1v, .mp2, .mp2v, .mpe, .mpeg, .mpg, .mpv2, .wm, .wmv
OK since youtube only allows video's, you first need to convert the pictures into a video format. Go on start, all programs, and windows movie maker (if you can't find it there, search for Windows Movie Maker). drag your pics into the slide to make the video, the click file, Save movie as (or on vista Publish Movie) save the video, and upload to youtube.com (u need a youtube account). Hope this helps!!!!
You can't make the song longer, so you have to make the slide shorter. Drag the slide/pics to the length of the song.
Well when you go on youtube, download her Wizards of Waverly Place audition tape. then put it on Windows Movie Maker and use camera to take snapshots of her. When she auditioned she was 11 years old.

You can't send a MSWMM file to any other computer because it is a Microsoft Windows Movie Maker PROJECT file. The project file requires access to the 'original source files'(audio/video/pics) used to create the project. If you try to open a MSWMM project file on another computer's Windows Movie Maker program, the project will show up with red X's through all of the media, since the original source files are not accessible on that particular machine. The only way for another user to view/edit a Windows Movie Maker video is if it is in a Standard Viewing Format (such as .wmv). The project can then be edited in Windows Movie Maker using the Split feature (for addition of new media). Other edits can also be made to the video by deleting or muting audio/music, removing Titles/Credits/Text, etc.Absolutely no editing can be done to a MSWMM project file unless the original source file are available (on that computer).
