You need the perk Warlord. It allows you to use 2 attachments. No underbarel attachments though.
I was about to say the same thing. Warlord pro also gives you two grenades (except smoke grenades). It is best you pair up with Scavenger/Scavenger pro with Warlord pro to get nearly infinite ammunition.
