If you are an American citizen, you might try asking the IRS this question, but it sounds quite irregular to me. Chances are, the government will want to issue your refund to you, rather than to someone else. If they don't, they risk causing confusion about the issue of why they issued money to that other person, and whether you received the refund to which you are entitled. And after all, if you want someone else to have the money, you can always turn it over to that person once you have received it.
No just after their name.
No. You can cash a check only if it has your name in the area where you put a persons name. Everything else in that place makes the check useless or rather worthless
i dont love (put persons name)
Put it in the bank.
no, capitalize the letter and put a period after it.
I wouldn't necessaraly put it evrywhere i would sometimes put the first name in some places and then put the last name in some places and even sometimes the whole name that's what i do and i usually get a A in my grade
You will, assuming you didn't have any fees deducted from your refund or had a rapid refund loan.
You should put a comma before a person name if you're talking directly to them. ex- Please come here,Lily.

Yes, if they obtain a judgment and file for a garnishment of your state tax refund.
If it is in deferred status, they will probably not take your tax refund. If your student loan is delinquent, then they will be seize your refund and put it toward your debt.
