You could try using baby oil and see if the dried polish will slide out - like you would to remove gum. Using ice might work, too. Or a non-acetone nail polish remover if all else fails. Once the nail polish has dried it actually shouldn't be too difficult to remove - in fact, unless it is a big knotted up mess, you *might* be able to slide it from the hair without using oil or chemicals. It actually happened today sparkle nail polish in 2/3 rds of her hair, the baby oil helped a lot, I just took small pieces and smeared the oil on and a lot would rub off, but I had to comb through it, it was not a fun process took me 2 hours and it was somewhat painful for my daughter I don't think she will ever do this one again, consequences for her actions! a painful lesson.
Solution #1 - Nail Polish remover! Just dont get it in your eyes. It's a slow tedious under taking. Depends how much of it you have on your face. Solution #2 - Usually the oil from your skin will make it come off. You need to wait awhile then carefully scrape it off with your finger nail or face coth.
