You probably don't. If you can't perform simple file operations with a gaming console (and you can't) then you can't really "install" anything without help from the actual console itself. The only way you can get a map, is if you join a server that is playing on the map you want, you will automatically download and install it. Yes, it's that tricky. Happy map hunting.
