How do you get niko to smoke and drink on grand theft auto iv?

you cant smoke on it but you can drink to do this just call up one of your friends on you phone select the option drinking then niko will call them up to ask to go out for a drink some times they say no if so try again later or try some one else but when they say yes all you have to do is go pick them up then drive them to a bar located on the map the pic of a wine glass on it .then walk through the yellow marker then you ready to go have a few drinks unforntlenty you can not see your self get drunk but its still pretty fun after to walk about drunk smashing into people a long the way ,out of the bar
