If u meet wispy late at night and do what he says he will get rid of ur current weeds, but wont prevent new ones from growing. So the only way i can think of is if you cover ur town with patterns from ur design closet. Then weeds can't grow. BUt i woulnt recommend it because it takes forever and it is way easier to pick the couple weeds that grow everyday.

∙ 14y agoYou have to pick the weeds out of the ground every time they appear. Don't leave your town for too long- weeds will grow quickly. Make sure that you check all areas of your town, as weeds can grow anywhere.
