When you walk into Spear Pillar (where you caught Dialga or Palkia), you find yourself on this huge square tile that has a picture of a Flute there (just a really skinny rectangle with lines on it). Use the weird instrument there and a gigantic stairway will appear. On top you will find the Pokemon number 493. I don't know the English name for the Pokemon 493 or the instrument thingymabob. You just have to use a master ball - or else it's impossible to catch it. Legend has it that this Pokemon was as old as the world of Pokemon and might have created Pokemon.
