Talk to Renard, Retired Gentleman Fox. I believe he is a wandering NPC so you will have to search the isle for him. Just talk to him about his retirement for a bit then he will send you back to dust isle.

To get to Aesop Isle, you need to purchase the Aesop Isle DLC for Animal Crossing: New Horizons. Once you have the DLC, you can visit Aesop Isle by interacting with the seaplane dock on your island. It will take you to the new location where you can explore different activities and interact with new characters.

You have to do the quest for Silver Mary on Pirate, and then you can get to Aesop Isle. On Aesop, its a fox that you have to do a questfor. Then you can do Gina's Scavenger Hunt.
