If it's the giant rock you're stuck at, just go passed it. Don't click on it; pass it. Go up and to the left. You should end up back at the construction site.
*If you still can't get off, go to the Store and get the Haunted House card, which goes into your item bag under Store Items. Entering and leaving the Haunted House throws you out to the Island Map.
