Necromancer class has gone rare on aqworlds. It was only available for a short time during the ptr testing on the ptr server. It doesnt even exist anymore. THose who had it lost it and got the guardian shadow cloak in its place. aiden runeblade

Just go too ptr and do all the quests until there will appear down there "Necromancer Class" then you click yes and there you have it.
