Howrse no longer has riding levels.
It will tell you when you go on the JOBS page
You do not have to be at any specific riding level. But you must have a mare that is at least two and a half years of age.
You cannot. You have to wait until you are on riding level two and buy one in the auctions. If you have any further questions feel free to PM me on howrse. My user name is CookieMonster23

All horses have a blup, the blup can be between -100 and +100. I think that you can only see your horses blup once you have reached riding level two or something but I think howrse may have changed that. Happy Howrsing Also add me on howrse, im AMMMYAMMMY :)
