You have to signup for a webcam site and it's usually pretty straight forward, you create a profile, turn on your webcam and you are live in front of millions of people from your bedroom.
no
you use it the right way
You have to log into the Twitcam website and you must have a webcam.
You need their user & password.
It only costs money to view someone's webcam on random websites that are promiscuous. If you are webcamming with a friend it should be free.
i don't know and i don't care figure it out yourself
Go to his computer, press "Log out".
Log into someones account
That's impossible. If you are chatting with someone on whatever chat site you are using, you can only "spy" or see them through their own webcam while they are having it on. If they turn the webcam off or log out of the chat then there's nothing you can do to force the webcam to start again.
you cant log in to someones myspace, you can only log in with their permisson.
it's called untraceable. (:
yes, programs such as subseven can control your webcam remotely. it can do much more than that as well, turn off your computer, control your monitor/mouse etc. log what you type in and much more things.
