You don't; most sites will not give you your old password, for two reasons:
1. If you forgot it once, you are likely to forget it again.
2. They don't have it. When you give a computer, program, or website a password, they do not store it in plaintext. It is encrypted using one of various algorithms. You can't usually unencrypt the password. Instead, whenever you log in, they encrypt the password you give and see if it matches the stored encrypted password.
