Ive never tried it, but apperantly you can send them an email saying something like this: I am so sorry for what i did, i didnt mean to say it, i was supposed to type *Such and such* but i accidently pressed the wrong key.
Never ask them to unbann you, otherwise they won't do it. Just hope for the best to get unbanned.
