All I can tell you is really think about your relationship and ask yourself if you really loved him. If you did, try to mend the relationship. If you didn't, forget about the guy! I'm a 17-year-old guy, and I can tell you we are just a bunch of jerks. You will find the one you truly love in due time. In any case dating shouldn't even be done unless you intend to marry. So are you really ready to marry him anyway? Taxes, kids, housing, bills? Are you ready for that? If not then why are you pressing yourself toward it? Don't think you have to have this guy. If he loved you he wouldn't have found another. If you're young (12-20), concentrate on schooling and God (if you're christian). At this point you aren't even prepared to marry. If you are older, please take my advice and love the Lord before you love anyone else. You will find love like no other, and He will take care of your heart. And devote yourself to God, because then you will find the perfect guy for you. An honest christian guy is one who will love you the way every woman deserves to be loved. The Bible tells guys to love their wives like Jesus loves his people (Ephesians 5:25). So if you want a guy, make sure he loves God. Then he will treat you right. Don't worry about that guy! He's a boy who doesn't know what he wants and will go from girl to girl trying to find it. Please just love Jesus. Read his word and know He is more important than guys. I will be more than happy to help you in any problems you're dealing with. I love you as a sister without even knowing you because you deserve it.
