its not called the 'Fire Temple' in twilight princess it's called the Goron Mines and if your having difficulties I'd advise checking out this walk through I've linked for that temple:

How do you get to the goron tempale?
I haven't played Twilight Princess, but I can tell you how to get into the Fire Temple in Ocarina of Time. Go to Goron City and find the small goron rolling around. Bomb him and then talk to him when he's sitting still. Talk to him and he'll give you the Goron Tunic. (Prevents you from having to be timed in rooms full of lava, inside Death Mountain, etc.) Then, go inside Darunia's room and pull the statue at the back of the room. Enter through the hole, hookshot onto the rafter across the bridge, and Shiek will pop up and teach you the Bolero of Fire, the Fire Temple warping song. Then, enter into the cave and climb down the ladder to arrive inside of the Fire Temple. Hope this helped. ^_^
How do you get pass the pull ing wall thing in Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess?
I you mean the fire temple's one, use the iron boots to pull it and wait for the fire to go up. When that happens let go, take off the boots, and run to the platforms. The fire should go down when you get there so go on tem and go to the other side of the wall very quickly.
