you dont, you take diglets cave to pewter city and then go all the way down. then it should be gone. if snorlax is still in front of the cave then (after getting the expn from lavender town) use your radio, set the dot thiung all the way to the top and pokeflute will come on. talk to snorlax and it will awake. the rest is up to you.
