So on your 50th day go to the passes page and on the right side its the 3rd one down you can give half your game coins to them and they will give you a pass, and then its every 30 days but you can also go all the way down on the left side and at the bottom you can see it says you can use game coins

If you don't have any it will show a link to the pass page. If you do have some than it will show total balance for how many total you have. But it shows it right on top.
