The wall that blocks the passage on the left side of Mordred's underground lab is NOT rock, but dirt. Push against it and it will fall down.
That is not one of the things you do. In the final battle against Mordred, you play as the robot owl (Merlin) against Mordred's warrior suit. There is also no way to deactivate Merlin when he appears in the Binary Bard's dream on Super Villain Island. You just have to run past him.

You don't. Once you have the cheese and pull the switch in the dungeon (opens the back way), there is nothing else to do. You will re-enter the dungeon cell through Mordred's secret undrerground laboratory, under the hay bales on the farm. (see related question)
Dodge the first shot that Mordred fires at you. Then crouch down and wait for the robot suit to roll right on top of you. Then you can climb up between its arms and jump to where the Princess is being held. While you are doing this, Mordred may fire at you again. You can jump much farther in the lighter gravity here, After he shoots, jump to either one of the chandeliers that are hanging from the ceiling. Stay there while Mordred rolls below you and shoots. He will hit the light instead, bringing it crashing down on him. Quickly scramble back up the robot, back past the Princess and repeat this with the light on the other side (you need one on each side). The robot will fall apart, the Princess will be released, and she will kayo Mordred. You have won the island! You receive a knighthood from the King, and the Island Medallion.
To open the passageway, flip all the puzzle pieces. The method is: Click once on each of the four cards in the 2nd row. Click once on ONLY the two middle cards in the 3rd row. Click once on each card in the 4th row.
The one you use to get to space is the saucer Excalibur, which has crashed into the mud swamp past the mill. Get the hover board from the attic of the Mill and you can get to it. You will need a new green fuel rod and the coordinates from Mordred's missing journal page (they are X-56 Y-52). (See related questions)
