Second, you don't need Snorlax to get Suicune sweetheart. I've had Suicune for a while and just got Snorlax the other day.
It's very tricky how you get it. There is no PokeFlute in HG/SS. Instead, go to your Pokegear and go to the Radio Card.
You need to search around the top section of it to find the PokeFlute channel. While that is playing, go to the Snorlax and just press A.
He'll be all O:< And wake up. :)
