A Giant Wiggler is snoozing atop the solar array station, and Mario has to get rid of it be refocusing the solar panels. Unfortunately, the panels are out of alignment since there are some giant red flippies on them. Align the solar panels by flipping the giant flippies off with a combination of spray and butt stomp. First, let's find the solar panel that only has one giant flippy on it. Get up on the solar panel to start the encounter. Corner the flippy by repeatedly spraying the monster to the edge of the polished panel. When it is stunned by teetering on one leg, that's Mario's cue to head to the other (raised) side of the panel and butt stomp that end. The cartoon see-saw effect should be obvious. Do that for all the solar panels (there will be more flippies on each one, get rid of all of them one-at-a-time) and the solar panels will be aligned, the Wiggler will bug off, and you Shine get.
