The deckholder represents the deck the duelist is using and the name the duelist gave to the deck. And lastly, the Millenium Puzzle represents the duelist's rating (or in your case, your Wi-Fi rating) and lists how much rating they have next to it.

Stardust Dragon appears as an Ultra Rare in that pack. The other way is to use the card password for Stardust Dragon (44508094) but only after you've unlocked the card, meaning you'll need either a high completion percentage of cards on the Duelist Genesis pack or to have previously obtained Stardust Dragon in the Duelist Genesis pack. Of course you could always cheat. :P

I'm not too familiar with the Tag Force series, but you can enter card passwords into Yu-Gi-Oh 5D's Stardust Accelerator. However you can only enter passwords for cards you already have. To enter passwords, go to World Championship Mode, select the Shop icon (looks like a house), then select "Password", and voila!
