Go to the desert and look around until you see something sticking out of the desert.Go near it and use the clawshot to get up there.Once your there you see it is part of the missing bridge.You will be attacked by shadow beast beat them walk up to it and warp it to the bridge of eldin and TADDA!!! you fixed it.
