First off, you need a Pokemon with Strength and rocksmash. You move the the boulders down the holes in the floor. This Ice path can be tricky for someone who never done anything like this before. What I do is explore, I would eventually find my way out though. In the Ice Cave, you have to push a girl out of the ice(Because her flip-flops got stuck). Then you can exit the Ice Cave into Blackthorn City.
