Once you rescue the first and second spies, you can use the grappling bowtie to reach the rooftops above the Grease Monkey garage. On Game Show Island, the tool kit is on the roof of the Boutique.

Where is the greenhouse Poptropica?
In Spy Island, the greenhouse is in the top of a tall building on Balding Ave. To get to it you need to first get the bungee bowtie thing (and the glasses things that help you see the lasers), and then use that to get to the top of that area, go up to the "Rooftops", and then bungee past the lasers and bad guys to the pipe on top of it on the right. Then click on it to descend. In Steamworks Island, the Greenhouse is to the right of the Hub area, across the drawbridge. To get into it you have to drop the wrecking ball, go through the hole into the Factory, and figure out how to activate the machine and get to the top of the room, then climb the ladder. If there are any other greenhouses in Poptropica I don't remember them.
