The order in which you have to pull the switches is on the wall, but there is an easier way. Each of the switches has a small statue with dots on its belly. The dots (1, 2, 3, and 4) tell you what order the switches are pulled. When you drop the first one, sand starts to fill the room, so you have to drop all four before the sand covers the switches.
