This was the hardest part to the game in my opinion. Go to Lavender town and upgrade your radio in the Radio tower. There is a guy on the first floor who upgrades it. Go to Vermilion town now and turn the radio to Poke Flute walk to the Snorlax and it will wake up and battle you. have good Pokemon because he is level 50 and I like to catch it.
