You don't. The blue arrow might be pointing to go through there, but actually you have to go around it. After learning riddikulus, a boggart will pop out of a chest, somewhere in the room you are in. Defeat it and get the green key, and you will will be able to go to the next area.

∙ 13y agoIt's quite simple, you just have to hit him with every thing u got. And when he knocks down the final stalk you just have to repair the little gold thing in there. Then use windgardiam Leviosa and drop it on his head.

Go pick up the key and move to the left around the bookcases. Open the next chest. Snape will move to the edge of the bookcases and prevent your escape. To get out of this, move close to the bookcases and see the cauldron on the table on the other side. Light this as well, it will blow up and Snape will move. Run out of the room.
