You can get the translation page off the top of the ruins by pushing the large block to the right, climbing the vine, and jumping left. The page lets you open the face door by pressing the 4 symbols that spell O, P, E, N, and then the nose. Go left and into the pit to find the Creature Bone, then climb past the worm and go left again to find the key ingredient and exit the ruins.
