There is also a green key in the cabinet there, which opens a chest at the upper right side (Turpentine). Even with the Stopwatch, you will still need a Crystal Key to get to the Binary Bard's totem. It is in the Black Widow's dream, once you clean the paintings there (Turpentine and a Paint Sprayer from Dr. Hare's dream).
