Yes, I verily believe they do. I am a very fit, healthy female, who only tried an e-cigarette in a bid to break my addiction to nicotine chewing gum. It worked, but I ended up being rushed to hospital as I developed an horrendous pain in the top of my chest and I could not breathe. Try medically approved nicotine replacement products, which will not do you any harm whatsoever (even if you do get addicted to them), but it is still far better than being addicted to smoking itself.
