Quest helper is activated or deactivated by pressing T on your keyboard. It's the yellow arrow that points to where you need to go. The number shows how far away your goal is. Clicking a quest will make the arrow guide you to that one. Some quests, like the Zeke and book quests, do not let you use quest helper for them.
